The Advisory Partner will lead the process after Visionary's
team has delivered a Qualified Arranged Meeting between an investor
and a client. The Advisory Partner will advise the client and
advance the investor pipeline day-by-day with a closing process.
The Advisory Partner will manage this process for a growing roster
of client accounts as they phase into the company's growing
operations, and may also will also investor welcoming/regroup
meetings following Visionary's process as part of their
interactions with investors.The Advisory Partner will be registered
with Visionary's partnered broker/dealer and manage that
relationship, including full onboarding of Visionary referred
clients and ongoing logistics. The Advisory Partner will share in
client retainers, and earn success fees. Upon Visionary securing
the full financing of our current capital raise, a start-up level
monthly stipend is offered.FINRA licenses and capital brokering
proficiency with demonstrated track record is required. Referring
investors from an existing network is incentivized, but not

training/familiarization period. Part time with potential to
phasing into a full time equivalent consulting position.Consulting
Position: This is a consulting position, plus a separate registered
rep role at Visionary's partnered broker/dealer.Compensation:
Start-up level hourly/project pay from share in client retainers,
and % of net success fees earned on clients engagements managed.
Vested ownership in Visionary is available after mutual
familiarization period and for exceptional performance.Other: FINRA
