POSITION OVERVIEW Are you preparing to obtain a full-time job post-graduation or while you go to school? Global Atlantic Financial Group has open, full-time opportunities in Operations specifically as a New Business Resolutions Specialist or Customer Service Representative. We are looking for candidates who have both the skills and passion to help us achieve customer service excellence. The NEW BUSINESS RESOLUTION SPECIALIST will work closely and collaborate with our Third Party Administrator and internal departments to proactively identify problems, issues, and recommend solutions that will produce results and favorable outcomes for all parties. The successful incumbent will be afforded the opportunity, through this role, to learn about the insurance industry and financial services. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze business requirements
  • Design implementation solutions from business requirements
  • Develop or build solutions leveraging Salesforce.com Configuration or Programming Technologies
  • Test the build products - Unit and Integration Testing
  • Participate in troubleshooting and fixing issues in functional testing, UAT Testing phases.
  • Participate in business and technology discussion for requirement gathering, analysis, prototype build, design reviews, testing
  • Deploy and Support the product solution in the Salesforce.com environment QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School degree required. College degree preferred.
    • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written
    • Ability and willingness to support team in accomplishing team goals
    • Self-starter with outstanding attention to details
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Ability to work simultaneously with multiple computer systems CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES participate as an active member of a team engaged in the processing of annuity and life insurance support phone calls, post call activities and completion of call back commitments involving our preneed and annuity customers, internal and external by performing the following duties . RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Accurately answer all consumer/customer questions regarding all Global Atlantic products and accurately articulate features, advantages, and benefits and understanding the variances by State
      • Investigates client request or complaints utilizing system and contract provisions to provide resolution within established administrative and compliance guidelines
      • Focuses on Global Atlantic's long term success by building strong (internal and external) customer relationships
      • Provides a broad range of technical and operational support to clients and agents
      • Responsible for reporting to work at the start of scheduled shift and must be comfortable with having all calls recorded for quality assurance QUALIFICATIONS
        • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred
        • Demonstrated strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
        • Strong interpersonal and team skills required
        • Strong written and oral communication skills
        • Excellent phone presence and presentation
        • Strong PC and Software skills, especially Microsoft Office products
        • Ability to maintain positive attitude and composure in dealing with difficult situations
        • Ability to be flexible and prioritize activities
