This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States.

Job Title: Informatica BDM Lead



Role/Responsibilities:



* Record of tracking, monitoring, assessing and acting on SLAs through timely resolution reporting and review of metrics.

* Author and coordinate the Incidents Service tickets with action items.

* Ability to associate priorities risks with issues logged and actively escalate whenever required.

* Effectively communicate with business users related to resolving queries, obtain clarifications and providing updates.

* Contribute and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions.

* Resolve unknown incidents and adhoc requests.

* Handle operational changes and functional enhancement requests.

* Participate in identifying problems perform root cause analysis.

* Contribute to knowledge base and participate in activities like.

* Release acceptance and application continuity support.

* Responsible for the project tasks assigned.

* Initiate escalation procedure for incidents based on the agreed upon timelines and tracks it to closure.

* Manage tickets and tasks escalated by the Level 1 team and also handle Customer requests.

* Alert PM Leads for tickets where there can be a potential SLA breach.

* Ensure quality of deliverables through self-review.

* Provide inputs to task estimation.

* Ensure assigned tasks are completed within targets set (the tasks include incidents service requests identified problems, Operational changes enhancements etc.)



Required Qualifications:



* Experience 7 to 10 years.

* Good understanding about the Production management Life cycle.

* Experience in Application Value Management - ITIL Framework ITSM (IT Service Management).

* Excellent communication and time management skills are a must.

* Experience in creating and reporting the issue log metrics.



Salary and Other Compensation:



This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
