A Solution Architect bridges the gap between the needs of prospects and implementations by providing guidance on technical integrations and coordinating deployments. As part of the Solutions Architect team, you will be working collaboratively with Account Executives, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Project Managers to scope, design, and deliver solutions for prospects and clientsNeeded Skills

  • Technical lead in large scale implementation of enterprise customers
  • Multi-Channel Contact Center experience (Voice, Chat, SMS, Video) - Cloud providers preferred
  • Experience working with Javascript, Rest APIs, and GraphQL.
  • Understanding of Web Architecture and protocols like HTTP and IP
  • Comprehension of best practices for software security for integrations
  • Knowledgeable about data architecture, especially with JSON
  • Comfortable presenting in front of customers and clients
  • Curiosity to learn about business objectives and solve problemsWhat Youll Do
    • Lead efforts in collaboration with developers, product managers, and engineering to scope, design, and build custom projects or integrations
    • Architect custom integrations between Zoom Contact Center and our clients core systems and other 3rd-party vendors
    • Write Javascript to make and test API calls in tools like Postman to prototype and build connections. Also write scripts and programs around core systems like our chatbot.
    • Provide ROI analysis to guide and prioritize prospects on the best project plan
    • Gather market feedback from prospects, clients, and partners to collaborate with the Product team on new product features and enhancements of current features
    • Gather requirements, assess feasibility and impact to help plan implementations with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, PSO Software Engineers, Project Engineers, and Project Managers
    • Guide and mentor Project Engineers and PSO Software Engineers during the implementation process
