S/He will also support portfolio managers in their day-to-day management of the fixed income portfolio and regularly contribute to preparation of committee level communication and presentation materials. What you'll be doing: ESG and responsible investing research and analysis

• Conducts industry and peer research for best practices in ESG and responsible investing governance, analyses and reporting
• Identifies and researches various non-financial ESG risks and opportunities that are pertinent to the general account portfolio
• Collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance ESG investment reporting and dashboard, including but not limited to reporting requirements from UNPRI, DJSI, CDP, TCFD Portfolio Management and Analysis
  • Works closely with portfolio managers and external asset managers for daily management and oversight of fixed income portfolios.
  • Researches and analyzes relevant investment and portfolio information utilizing both internal and external sources that help drive portfolio management decisions
  • Provides analysis to support execution of credit risk management strategies for corporate bonds balancing income and capital preservation.
  • Ensures data integrity and develops procedures for increased automation.
  • Maintains knowledge of current and emerging developments in the fixed income market. Presentations and Reporting
    • Prepares PowerPoint presentations for analysis findings and recommendations; builds portfolio monitoring reports and analyzes data utilizing Tableau, Bloomberg and other internal/external data/resources to support key stakeholders' decision making What we're looking for: Must-haves:
      • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of Bachelor's (Minimum Required)
      • 1 - 3+ years of experience in investments or portfolio analysis directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role (Required) Nice-to-haves:
        • 1-3 years of experience in ESG analysis is preferred.
        • Change management skills, including ability to influence and gain collaboration and consensus.
        • Some understanding of fixed income asset classes, asset allocation, equity markets, alternatives, and market analysis.
