  • Ability to troubleshoot a wide array of technology

    What does the IT Help Desk Specialist - Tier 2 do?

    • Provide deskside IT support. Resolve issues and escalate as needed.
    • Work on special technology projects under the direction of the IT Director phones
    • Act as the liaison between internal members and any outside IT projects
    • Complete IT service requests efficiently while providing excellent end-user service

      What does our client need in an IT Help Desk Specialist - Tier 2?

      • Previous experience supporting an organization on Office 365 systems
      • Experience with ticketing systems and Azure
      • Able to work in office, 5 days a week during regular business hours.
