What does the IT Help Desk Specialist - Tier 2 do?
- Provide deskside IT support. Resolve issues and escalate as
- Work on special technology projects under the direction of the
IT Director phones
- Act as the liaison between internal members and any outside IT
- Complete IT service requests efficiently while providing
excellent end-user service
What does our client need in an IT Help Desk Specialist - Tier
- Previous experience supporting an organization on Office 365
- Experience with ticketing systems and Azure
- Able to work in office, 5 days a week during regular business
