for a Remote Junior Computer User Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
Respond to trouble tickets to resolve user problems
Open trouble tickets to track and resolve user problems
Provide phone, remote, and desk-side technical support to users
Skills and Requirements Include:
Communicate verbally in person
Public Trust Clearance by start date
ITILv4 Foundation Certification within 90 days of starting on
0-5 years of experience and high school diploma
