Lifeway Mobility, an established leader in the fast-growing home accessibility industry, helps seniors with impaired mobility and individuals with disabilities stay in their homes and remain independent. We're seeking a tech-savvy Service Coordinator -who has excellent Customer Service, is a team player to support customers and assist in managing installation and service projects. Key responsibilities for the Service Coordinator, include the following: -- Take calls from customers re: service issues, trouble-shoot if possible, or schedule service call -- Create and send invoices, enter payments, and follow up on collections -- Request service authorizations from state agencies -- Get part prices, estimate labor hours -- Order parts and track shipments -- Coordinate and pack return parts and verify credits from vendors

Requirements:
Our ideal Service Coordinator candidate will have the following qualifications: -- At least three years' experience in telephone/computer-based customer service -- High school diploma -- Ability to juggle phone calls and computer tasks -- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and client relationship management (CRM) systems Lifeway Mobility is an Equal Opportunity Employer.PI201003586
