Job Description:

Covr Financial Technologies is hiring a high-potential, entry level person to fill a key chiefs of staff role in a rapidly growing Insurtech company. - This role requires strong business and analytical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast phased environment. - Reporting to the CEO, this person will support key senior managers of Covr and will lead a variety of key projects for the company. - This is a great role for a growth minded individual who wants to impact business from the most senior levels of the company.
Functions
1. - Analyzing business trends and producing value added reports for senior management
2. - Preparing and organizing meetings for our key accounts, including development of agendas and organization presentation decks and data analytics in support of various business leaders.
3. - Researching various business topics that support improvement in efficiency and technology deployment to improve business performance, efficiency and customer experience
4. - Other projects as needed
Requirements
1. - One year minimum experience in insurance or Insurtech
2. - Business management, finance, data analytics or similar degree
3. - Strong GPA
4. - Proven track record of initiative, work history, extra curricular activities and pattern of success
Skills
1. - Proficiency in all Microsoft office tools
2. - Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. - Ability to manage multiple tasks
4. - Proven presentation skills
