challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Functions as implementation primary point of contact for all
inbound and outbound integrations between client systems and Optum
Medicaid Management Services (OMMS)
- Works directly with client and Optum business and technology
leadership to plan and coordinate interface delivery commitments,
schedules, and workload
- Build and manage interface schedules, develop project plans,
and communicate schedules internally and externally to the
client
- Partner closely with client SMEs to define requirements for
integrations
- Function as driver for requirements gathering, schedules and
Rally feature build-out with the Work Stream Leads, Product Owners,
Scrum Dev Leads in a matrix and virtual model
- Implement solutions for interface buildout and testing (EDI,
Salesforce, ECG SFTP, JSON and XML API's, Cloud, and legacy)
- Develop, present and obtain approval from client for Interface
Specification Document deliverable
- Serve as the integrations SME in supporting RFP process and
oral presentations
- Onboarded new staff and provided guidance and assignment to
enable staff to be productive quickly
- Manage interface Rally features and user stories creation,
grooming, buildout, and testing
- Work closely with the Conversion team to ensure alignment for
post go-live interfaces
- Prepare weekly client facing reporting and detailed task level
reporting against MS Project schedules
- Contribute to integration processes, tools, templates and
methodologies to ensure consistency and predictability across
implementations
- Continually enhance deliverable and work product

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information
Systems, Computer Science, related field
- 5+ years of experience working as Integration Lead in
healthcare setup
- 5+ years of experience creating new web services and consuming
client's existing web services
- 5+ years of experience working with specifications and
technologies such as EDI, SOAP, REST, JSON and XML
- Experience using SharePoint, Rally, Teams
- Experience with relational database management systems and ETL
tools
- Experience with HIPAA, X12, FHIR, HL7 healthcare data formats
desired
- Experience with EXCEL (must be able to create spreadsheets,
link between cells, create formulas, vlookup with very minimal
supervision)
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed based on project timeline
/ deliverablesPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience with General Dynamics provider system data
model
- Experience working on large-scale data integration projects

Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents
is $101,200 to $184,000. Pay is based on several factors including
but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
