position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to
work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be
necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Proven experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
- 1+ years of--experience designing and developing engaging,
effective, and large-scale learning programs using successful
strategies while applying an agile approach.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and needs assessment
techniques.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft 365 products
(Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power Automate
- Experience with SharePoint (document access, upload/sharing,
storage)Telecommuting Requirements:
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is
separated from other living areas and provides information
privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if
applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group
approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing
high-speed internet serviceSoft Skills:
- Can work through ambiguity.
- Experience in conducting learning analysis.
- Work samples and/or portfolio submitted with application
- Ability to self-manage projects that are less structured but
address complex issues.
- Experience in project management, planning skills and working
on multiple projects at a time
- Any experience building engaging, effective, online learning
courses and tools, and using current and successful strategies
within a corporate environment.
- Experience with incorporating multiple media elements into
learning programs including audio, video, animation, simulation,

residents is $22.45 - $43.89. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
