SKILLS:1. Strong Recruitment Background : Looking for someone with
4+ years of recruiting experience. Prefers someone from a larger
corporate setting that has handled over 30 requisitions at a time.
Healthcare recruitment background is a HIGHLY preferred but not
required. NEED to have the ability to work in a fast-pace
recruitment background 2. High level of Management Communication:
The candidates needs to have experience working closely with the
different managers with their openings. They must qualify the
requisition and be in CONSTANT communication on their recruitment
process. Has the ability to communicate proactively with candidates
and can build a relationship with other departments3. Well Versed
with ATS: going from ADP to Oracle so they are looking for someone
who has handled multiple ATS-Mangers mentioned Workday is similar
to OracleLooking to add Senior T.A Specialists to their team who
will be covering all primarily nursing and overall healthcare
recruitment. Depending on the candidate's background the candidates
can be broken up by aligning to a certain department (EX: Tech,
Finance, etc.) but if there are no open roles there they will be
working on healthcare opportunities. These candidates will be
handling around 25-40 requisitions at a given time within a team of
16 H.R personnel. They will be qualifying the requisition with the
hiring manager, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews with
department heads (if needed), and assisting candidates through the
recruitment/onboarding process. Responsibilities:-Recruiting
nurses, healthcare, and cooperate openings-Source, Screen, send
notes on candidate to department heads, schedule interviews if
needed, extend offers and negotiate -Large focus constant manager
communication -Candidate can bring a creative look to the
recruitment process, come up with different ideas to source Current
open positions: 600Hours: Monday-Friday, 1st shift

Requisitions at a given time -Good communication skills with
