  Job Description/Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrating knowledge and experience in one or more market areas and technical skills (i.e., Policy, Billing and Claims - P&C, Life and Annuities, Accident &Health ideally one)
  • Provide Full lifecycle solution consulting for Guidewire/EIS/Duck Creek/Majesco or similar packaged product (Ideally more than one) core products and demonstrate knowledge and experience of designing and planning the implementation of Insurance core systems and technology to address business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and ownership of ongoing projects at multiple customers and work in close collaboration with Guidewire/Duck Creek/ EIS Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design the architecture that should address strategic business needs, assessing options
  • Work closely with clients to understand their fundamental business challenges and integration requirement and bring our experience of Insurance and Technology to enable them to transform their business
  • Demonstrating knowledge and experience in using tools for application development including tools for coding, testing, debugging, documenting, reviewing, and reconfiguring
  • Demonstrating knowledge and experience to develop specific solutions to facilitate and optimize the integration of various technology components, interoperability of systems and their interfaces. Ability to integrate various architectural components such as networks, servers, system platforms and interfaces.

  • Bringing insight, perspective, and your experiences to clients in the insurance sector Coaching and mentoring customer and on-site EPAM technical implementation teams
  • Supporting and sponsoring the development of assets such as Integration Accelerators and Methodology artifacts to facilitate repeatable, predictable, and efficient implementations.
  • Contribute to Insurance Technology competency best practice materials. Mentor others Requirements / Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of experience in Solutions architecture and solution consulting role
    • Experience with Guidewire/Duck Creek/ EIS or similar packaged insurance products (Ideally Guidewire) lead and solid understanding of Policy /Claim / Billing/ Rating/ Portals Configuration and Integration (at-least 3 large core system transformation projects)
    • Expert knowledge of Guidewire/Duck Creek/ EIS (Ideally Guidewire) core products and underlying features, Business processes, Line of Business Product Model etc
    • Knowledge of software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, process flows, data flows, traceability matrices, modeling, and testing strategies
    • Should knowledge of cloud services have provided by AWS, Azure, GCP
