• 10+ years Technical Leadership experience delivering complex technical projects (multi-million dollar initiatives)
• Strong track record with delivering complex projects on time, on budget with quality
• Strong Technical knowledge related to mid-tier and mainframe platforms and Policy Administrative Systems
• Nice-to-have: experience with mainframe modernization efforts
• Nice-to-have: Business acumen with insurance products and workflows
• Experience with Proofs of Concepts, multi-vendor environments and high profile projects
• Ability to solicit information to establish a holistic system design plan
• Ability to work across multiple functional areas to ensure dependencies are known and addressed
