IT Help Desk Specialist - Tier 2 - temp or temp to hire

Our client is a Hartford based, multi-national insurance organization
Join a robust IT Support team with a hands-on leader
Ability to troubleshoot a wide array of technology

What does the IT Help Desk Specialist - Tier 2 do?
- Provide deskside IT support. Resolve issues and escalate as needed.
- Work on special technology projects under the direction of the IT Director phones
- Act as the liaison between internal members and any outside IT projects
- Complete IT service requests efficiently while providing excellent end-user service
  
  What does our client need in an IT Help Desk Specialist - Tier 2?
  - Previous experience supporting an organization on Office 365 systems
  - Experience with ticketing systems and Azure
  - Able to work in office, 5 days a week during regular business hours.
