Job DescriptionProvide accurate and timely support to internal
and external Large Case Pensions customers working independently
within prescribed policies, procedures and service metrics for
routine questions, data changes, payment stop and reissue, and
document management functionsPay RangeThe typical pay range for
this role is:Minimum: 17.00Maximum: 27.90Please keep in mind that
this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job
grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer
will take into account a wide range of factors, including
location.Required Qualifications1+ year of customer service
(preferred on the phone)1+ year of Microsoft productsPreferred
QualificationsKnowledge of: Phone etiquette, Skill In: Strong
organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy, Microsoft
knowledgeAbility To: Work effectively in a team environment and
adapt to changing priorities, be responsible and reliableKnowledge
of: Call Center experience, knowledge or experience in pensions,
