businesses.Responsibilities--- Provide coaching to the Team on a
consistent basis.--- Manage day to day activities, Arbitration
review.--- Provide timely resolution for all client issues and file
amendments--- Delegate tasks to team members to reduce
delinquency.--- Handle customer complaints from clients or
members.--- Conduct training of newly hired team members or enhance
competencies of existing members.--- Field questions and concerns
to provide support and improve knowledge base of the team.---
Provide and implement process improvements.Competencies:---
Maintain a positive relationship with the team and clients.---
Think critically about process improvements.--- Ability to handle a
pressure-based environment, while maintaining a professional
demeanor.Qualifications--- High school diploma or equivalent
required--- College degree in Business/Journalism or related field
is preferred--- 2+ years' experience in the insurance industry or
related field is desired--- Experience filing with Arbitration
