Position:Under the direct supervision of the Quality Assurance
Director and with additional oversight provided by the Chief
Administrator of Oak Hill Schools or designee, the Data Specialist
oversees the data collection and dissemination process.
Responsibilities include providing coaching, training and technical
knowledge to the Data Management team to ensure accuracy,
specifically for the Oak Hill School data that is required under
the Department of Education, federal and state laws and local
regulatory compliance reporting. This individual will work closely
with the Quality Assurance Director and Oak Hill School Chief
Administrator to create data collection systems for processing
data, assess data, and will track trends and outcomes as they
pertain to Oak Hill's mission and goals. This role has no
supervisory responsibilities and has contact with staff and others
who fall within the range of responsibilities of this

Requirements:Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business,
Office Systems Technology, Computer Information Systems or related
field and at least 2 years working in a Data Management
Field.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Quality Assurance Functions:*
Assist the Chief Administrator and Quality Assurance Director in
the Organization of maintaining appropriate data and preparing
reports to ensure QA processes are followed:* Monitors, implements,
and updates forms and data entry as part of a larger data
collection system, which may include sampling and statistical
analyses, to provide meaningful data on performance.* Utilizes an
ongoing objective & measurable evaluative process to continually
monitor performance of indicators and performance outcomes and
support efforts to improve them, as appropriate. This includes the
interpretation, implementation, and evaluation of quality assurance
standards.* Reporting: Lead the Education Team in relation to data
reporting and requirements including their development in
collaboration with Professional Development Coordinator, and
coordinates with Quality Assurance requirements:* Utilize
Operations Management tools to ensure that all outcome measures/Key
Performance Indicator (KPI) & Service Level Agreements (SLA)
targets are met, capacity plan, improve processes.* Ensure that
appropriate Management Information Reporting is in place to provide
accurate and up to date information.* 2.Creates reports based on
collected data to meet external reporting requirements and for the
ongoing analysis of evaluating quality assurance standards and
outcome performance. This includes but is not limited to reports
required to regulatory compliance, and department reports required
monthly to quarterly and/or as needed that will be used in the
production of written and visual materials for presentations or
reviewed by multiple stakeholder audiences.* Database
administration, management and entry as applicable includes but is
not limited to:* PowerSchool* Student goals and objectives*
Investigations* Contracts all including districts, Memorandum of
Understandings (MOUs), Vendors* Referrals,* Grants* Certifications*
Therap* SharePoint* V-Endorsement* Relias back-up* Teacher in
Training quarterly information* Frontline* Other quality assurance
and related data systems* 3.Information Management: Maintains
relevant and required information related to accreditation and
program development. This includes, but is not limited to State
Department of Education information, Teacher-Course-Student (TCS)
codes, etc.* 4.Participates in the planning, design, business
testing and implementation of key projects and process changes.*
5.Troubleshoots complex issues discovered in-house.* 6.Makes
recommendations to leadership including requirement for additional
resources.* 7.Additional Administrative Functions: Contributes to
administrative team efforts by completing all other duties as
assigned by the Oak Hill School Chief Administrator and Director of
