What will your essential responsibilities include?

• 
  
• Support AXA XL's talent mission to enhance colleague capability and drive performance within the region.
  
• Responsible for driving and facilitating Learning & Development initiatives in the region, ensuring they are aligned with the enterprise-wide L&D strategy while meeting local needs.
  
• Ensure that AXA XL colleagues have a consistent, positive, empowering experience while they work towards their career aspirations.
  
• Design and deliver learning and development programs locally.
  
• Deliver on local training and teambuilding needs.
  
• Design and drive e-learning solutions via LinkedIn Learning and other tools.
  
• Continuously evaluate developmental activities and resources while aligning with the global enterprise.
  
• Drive 70 / 20 / 10 development model for the enterprise within the region.
  
• Assess and deliver multiple methods of training delivery for most impactful solution.
  
• Maintain advisory/consultative relationships with key stakeholders locally.
  
• Continuously assess local developmental activities and resources.
  
  
  You will report to the Senior Talent Management Partner, Americas.
