Trinity Health Of New England!Arrival Team in AdmittingPosition
PurposeThis position works on a team of 5-6 registrars responsible
for bedside registration, collection of copayments and collecting
all patient demographic information. Processes include obtaining
accurate demographic, insurance and patient liability
information.What you will doResponsible for the pre-registration
process of patient admissionsObtain approvals and payments on
siteExplain insurance and private pay liabilities; appropriately
refer patients requiring financial counselingAccurately
enter/update all patient demographic information, including
insurance and patient liability; post payments to appropriate
screen and complete reconciliation reportsMinimum
QualificationsMinimum High School diploma or equivalentKnowledge of
medical terminology and medical insurancesPatient access hospital
experience strongly preferredPosition Highlights and

other Arrival Teams1st Shift/Days - 40 hrs. Full Time - 8.5 hr.
