Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Product Development Specialist
(Cardiology/Genetic Testing) to oversee product development in the
cardiology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with
regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and
refine product offerings
Analyze competitor products and stay updated on medical/scientific
literature regarding genetic testing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or
a related field
5+ years of experience in product development or management within
the genetic testing or biotechnology industry
Genetic testing laboratory experience with a proven track record of
launching products
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and regulatory
requirements
Experience with agile methodologies
