Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist I, Instructional
Design.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to design and
develop learning opportunities
Determine suitable instructional design methods and construct
supportive materials for performance improvement
Design and execute online course assembly within the Learning
Management System
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A Master's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant
experience, or a Bachelor's degree and four years of experience
Minimum of two years of experience developing courses in LMS and
authoring tools
Experience designing assessments within distance learning
experiences
Understanding of various learning design models
Experience in Nursing/Allied Health/Health Sciences Education
preferred
