Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care, Process Lead to drive
the successful delivery and maintenance of customer care
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of customer care processes
and procedures
Evaluate and update processes regularly in collaboration with
internal stakeholders
Define success metrics and facilitate communication with internal
partners and vendors
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce or equivalent; Master's
degree preferred
5-7 years of experience in a similar customer care role in a large
organization
Strong vendor management experience
Acute business acumen and understanding of legal terms
High emotional intelligence and ability to work with multi-cultural
teams
