Volt is immediately hiring a Vendor Operations Specialist with 100% Remote.

As a Vendor Operations Specialist - you will be responsible for.

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Vendor Operations Specialist to support the General Secretary function with vendor management related activities.

Job responsibilities will include:
Create, manage, and track all purchase orders (POs) for the General Secretary functions
Act as the primary contact for General Secretary vendor invoicing and assist with vendor onboarding and management
Assist with invoice processing, reporting and responding to various vendor inquiries
Help troubleshoot and resolve billing issues across the General Secretary organization
Coordinate with internal finance and accounting teams to address payment issues


Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 months contract
Pay: $32/hr. - $35/hr.
