Job Duties

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand master data requirements across various domains.
- Analyze, design, and implement MDM solutions tailored to customer-specific needs.
- Work across multiple MDM platforms and suggest the right tool/approach based on business goals.
- Lead or support the design and implementation of MDM for domains such as Asset Management, including data modeling, data quality, matching, and survivorship.
- Engage with business stakeholders to ensure the MDM strategy aligns with domain-specific requirements, particularly within Private Equity and Credit business lines.
- Provide thought leadership on MDM best practices, governance, and data stewardship processes.
- Work closely with data architects, data engineers, and integration teams to deliver high-quality, scalable MDM implementations.

Skill set

- 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management with exposure to multiple MDM tools (e.g., Semarchy, Informatica MDM, Reltio, etc.)
- Proven ability to understand and analyze business processes and map them to MDM solutions.
- Strong domain experience in Asset Management master data and familiarity with the Private Equity and Credit lines of business.
- Hands-on experience with Semarchy xDM is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts such as data governance, stewardship, hierarchy management, matching & merging.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
