• Work closely with clients to cultivate trust-based relationships vertically and across the matrix to deliver client impact.
• Support new business development with required technical and domain expertise.
• Deliver and exceed client impact on platform deployments.
• Recruiting, coaching, mentoring and developing a pool of Data Scientists within the organisation.
• Work with client-side product and engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment and prioritization of product roadmap.
• 10+ years of professional experience at banks/financial service institutions in the area of credit risk/fraud/collections and customer management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills combined with ability to lead and perform data analytics.
• Proven track record of driving results with strong thought leadership and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
