General Manager - East Hampton Nightlife Venue Job Summary We
are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized General
Manager to lead a high-volume nightlife venue in East Hampton for
the summer season. This role is responsible for overseeing all
aspects of operations, including guest experience, VIP and bottle
service, staffing, training, financial performance, and venue
standards. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments,
leads from the front, develops strong teams, and is passionate
about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position
offers significant growth opportunities within our expanding
hospitality group, including potential leadership opportunities in
New York City and other major markets following the summer
season.
