Tik Tok . Job Description The Marketing Manager, HCP reports to the
Associate Director, NPP HCP Marketing, Elahere, Franchise E. This
person will assist with the creation of non-personal promotional
materials and execution of non-personal media strategy and help
develop HCP marketing materials. The Marketing Manager will have
acritical role developing materials and programs for the brand in
partnership with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, serving as
the source of brand knowledge and delivery excellence. This
individual will be a strategic partner to our digital lab and media
partners to establish highly effective materials and communications
to HCPs and their broader care team.As a member of the Elahere
Marketing Team, this person must demonstrate strong competency in
communication, strategic thinking and analytical skills to
successfully execute against the brands strategic plans. Key Job
Responsibilities Develop HCP marketing materials that pull through
the brand strategy, including digital and non-personal assets
Strategic lead for the non-personal and HCP media strategy, helping
to identify new opportunities to reach more HCPs efficiently and
effectively Partner with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to
review and approve promotional materials Partner with MABI to gain
insights and deep understanding of our HCPs Support and participate
in business and marketing plans development Bring innovative
opportunities to differentiate brand and educate HCPs Collaborate
and communicate with multiple agencies and external vendors to plan
for, prioritize, and execute brand tactics Operate in compliance
with all AbbVie internal policies (ethics, environmental health and
safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies)
and applicable external regulatory requirements Qualifications This
role can be hired as a Grade 18 or 19; candidate experience will
determine grade BA/BS required; MBA preferred Minimum 3 years of
pharmaceutical industry, or related experience required At least 2
years of marketing experience with a track record of tactic
delivery and evidence of marketing competencies, including a strong
background in media Track record of effective execution and pull
through, cross functional leadership, and positive results Strong
communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to
make effective presentations to internal and external customers,
sales teams, and senior management Ability to work across multiple
stakeholders Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills Strong
interpersonal skills Financial/budgetary experience Additional
