or in the CT area.Our industry-leading client is seeking a Help
Desk Technician with excellent technical support, communication,
and customer service skills to join their team.We can facilitate w2
and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a

insurance.Responsibilities of the Help Desk Technician:*
Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion*
Answer calls related to PCs, applications, hardware, and
connectivity* Understand and adhere to established service level
agreements* Identify and communicate operational issues* Document
new solutions Requirements of the Help Desk Technician:* Experience
supporting Windows 10, MS Office 365* Experience troubleshooting
iPhone and Android devices* Experience with Remedy ticketing
