Associate Analyst- Risk & Brand Protection
Description
HelpDesk Associate Analyst - Risk & Brand Protection / Ethics &
Compliance
This position will support operational processes of the Deloitte
U.S. Firms' Risk & Brand Protection Group. Key responsibilities of
this position are to safeguard Deloitte and client confidential
information, assist transfer of personal data from Deloitte
laptops, and provide customer support to Deloitte US Entities'
partners/principals and employees interacting with the Compliance
HelpDesk.
Location - any U.S. Deloitte office
Work you'll do
As a HelpDesk Associate Analyst, you'll use your analytical,
research and investigative skills to:
* Respond to Compliance HelpDesk support requests using automated
phone and chat tools
* Guide callers through policy and mandatory
requirements/procedures
* Document and save record of guidance provided
* Collaborate with internal Risk & Regulatory stakeholders as
needed
* Provide backup support for other services provided by the
Compliance HelpDesk
Key skills required:
* Strong verbal and written business communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Comfortable communicating with partners and other senior level
individuals within the US Firms
* Must be able to grasp various policy documents in a relatively
short time frame, understand specific circumstances, and refer to
policy regarding those circumstances
* Attention to accuracy, quality, sense of urgency and detail are
essential to this role
* Ability to apply critical thinking in evaluating different
scenarios
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with
appropriate discretion
* Ability to prioritize work and work independently; know when to
seek guidance
* Good knowledge computer navigation and Microsoft applications
required.
* Previous experience working in ServiceNow or other incident
reporting software
The team:
Ethics and Compliance
The objective of the Ethics and Compliance team is to support
Deloitte's shared values and Global Principles of Business Conduct
by centrally coordinating and enhancing existing ethics and
compliance practices. The program and underlying policies and
procedures have been designed to prevent, detect, and address
ethics and compliance issues.
Qualifications preferred include:
* Undergraduate degree in Business Administration
* 2 years of experience in a customer support care, preferably
within a banking environment
* An understanding of Independence requirements for professional
auditing firms
* Working knowledge of basic financial instruments is required.
* Familiarity with financial services and investments and an
understanding of common financial instruments used by business
executives
* Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and
written communication skills.
* Limited sponsorship may be available.
