POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced marketing analyst to support our Marketing Reporting and Analytics team. Your responsibilities will primarily include tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, optimizing and reporting campaign performance, and communicating results and insights with the broader Marketing team. Additional responsibilities include thoroughly analyzing Global Atlantic's websites, generating insightful analytics to help better understand its users and their behavior, and reporting back with easy-to-understand data visualizations and clear solutions. - To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. A top-notch Marketing Analytics Consultant should also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well within a team.

  • Develop and execute campaign measurements and analysis, test designs, and implement complex projects as well as articulate the results/insights and analyses to internal clients
  • Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data
  • Present clear stories around the impact of campaigns to business stakeholders to build a shared understand of the value of the activity
  • Test campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance
  • Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the web development team to establish best practices
  • Provide recommendations based on analysis to enhance website design, improve user experience and increase web traffic
  • Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports to support data-driven decision making
  • Analyze customers' online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience
  • Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends
  • Effectively communicate and present to colleagues, senior managers, and other stakeholders SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
    • BS/BA in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative or related field
    • Demonstrates highly proficient skills in each of the following areas: quantitative, analytical and problem-solving, critical and strategic thinking
    • Results-driven with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • In-depth knowledge of web analytics, Google Analytics
    • Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms
    • Experience in database marketing and analytics, and manipulating large datasets for analysis purposes
    • Experience with digital marketing and analytical tools including Tableau, Marketo, Salesforce
    • Mastery Excel skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Working knowledge of SQL, SAS, Python a plus
