The UHC Spectrum Care Team is looking to add a Business Operations
Analyst , to join our team and play a key role in the building of
capabilities within the reporting and technology systems.
You will provide administrative support to team members and leaders
acting as primary Business Systems Liaison (BSL)) for the Spectrum
Clinical and National Team. Working alongside our Spectrum Team to
help standardize program materials and reporting that will drive
program growth and expansion.
This position is full-time. Employees are required to work our
normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary,
given the business need, to work occasional overtime or
weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to team members and leaders acting
as primary Business Systems Liaison (BSL)) for the team.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-organizational
teams - build positive relationships, participate in calls and
projects, prioritize tasks and projects to ensure timely completion
and effective results.
Manage onboarding and offboarding experience and assist hiring
managers with all sourcing and systems access
Document/ support issue tracking, trending, testing, and reporting
related to audit and quality review activities
Manage calendars, coordinate travel (domestic and international),
prepare expense reports
Support short term oversight and monitoring activities- research
and analyze data, identify issues, and root cause, additional
review and QA activities as assigned.
Schedule and set-up resources and technology needed for meetings
and events, e.g., conference rooms, catering, Teams/Zoom/WebEx,
telepresence
Work with Sr. Business Operations Analyst to collect and interpret
data; identifying patterns and trends with can offer ways to
improve business, thus affecting business decisions and potential
business expansion.
Use reasonable analytical, problems solving skills and attention to
detail to work won more complex issues and projects.
Have innovative mindset with ability to identify gaps and process
improvement opportunities and then effectively implement
solutions
Work with minimal guidance- prioritize and organize own work to
meet deadlines
Be a resource for others, explain complex issues, impacts and
outcomes
Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
3+ years of administrative assistant experience, including complex
calendar and email management, travel scheduling, expense
management, etc. Experience in similar roles with directly
transferrable experiences will be considered
Experience coordinating travel arrangements and expense
management
Experience handling onboarding, offboard and other office
management responsibilities
Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office including
Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates),
Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create simple
spreadsheets), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar
management) and Microsoft PowerPoint (creating and editing slides
and presentations)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
Six Sigma Experience
Healthcare Clinical Program Development Experience
Project Management and Task Delegation Experience
Telecommuting Requirements:
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is
separated from other living areas and provides information
privacy
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if
applicable)
Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group
approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing
high-speed internet service

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range
for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary range for
Connecticut / Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700. Pay is based
on several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
