Work Location:--- "Fully Remote - U.S."Position:Working within Enterprise Information Security, the InfoSec Compliance Analyst will support governance, risk and compliance initiatives and perform key day to day operations activities to help implement, maintain and enhance the SOC 1 & SOC 2, HITRUST, ISO 27001, and Cyber Essentials compliance program. This individual will help create and maintain risk assessments, facilitate scoping of SOC audits and HITRUST & ISO assessments, identify compliance gaps and assist with gap reporting, mitigation and remediation.Core Responsibilities:--- Conduct risk assessments and facilitate SOC 1 and SOC 2 Audits--- Conduct risk assessments and facilitate HITRUST & ISO 27001 validated assessments.--- Conduct risk assessments and facilitate Cyber Essentials assessments.--- Identify compliance gaps and mitigate those gaps with control owners--- Develop, maintain and govern the audit, compliance, and certification strategies.Requirements:--- Bachelor's degree in information technology, information security or related field, or equivalent work experience is required. --- Minimum 3 years of information technology, information security experience--- Experience leading compliance audit engagements and working with external auditors.--- Experience with SOC 1 or 2 audits, HITRUST myCSF, HIPAA, NIST or ISO 27001/27002 compliance frameworks is required.--- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:--- CISSP, CISA, CISM or other information security certifications preferred.--- Knowledge of PCI, SOC2, FISMA or other compliance frameworks is preferred but not required.--- Excellent verbal and written communications skills--- Experience presenting to and coordinating with individuals in all levels of an organization.Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:--- General office demandsTravel:--- 0-25% for offsite client meetings, conferences, and training sessions.--- Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.Unique Benefits*:--- Flexible work environments--- Ready, Set, Grow Career Development Center & access to Change Healthcare University for continuous professional learning & development with more than 5,000 training assets--- Volunteer days, employee giving and matching gifts programs, community awards and dollars for doers, community partnerships--- Employee wellbeing programs and generous health plans--- Educational assistance programs--- US 401(k) or Group RRSP (Canada) savings plans with matching employer contributions--- Be sure to ask our Talent Advisors for more information on location specific benefits and paid time off policies--- Learn more at https://careers.changehealthcare.com*Eligibility for some benefits may be limited or not available for part-time employees, be sure to speak with your Talent Advisor.#li-remote Diversity and Inclusion: ---At Change Healthcare, we include all.
