The Tri-Com Consulting Group A Full Service IT Employment Consulting Firm is seeking qualified candidates for the following opening:PROJECT CONSULTANTSpecifically, this position will be responsible for the following:Collect, analyze and interpret quantitative health data, health indicators and performance measuresProvide technical assistance and training to program personnel in identifying, gathering, and loading in data and information into scorecards.Monitor progress and ensure completion working with program personnelContribute to written analysis and interpretation of data that may be displayed in tables, graphs, and maps.Assist with data analyses or report based as neededAssist with refining and monitoring indicators and targetsContribute to related accreditation and coordination activities as needed.Manage cross-sector collaborative strategic planningAssist with coordination of department-wide strategic planning process, quality improvement strategies, and addressing performance improvement standardsSpecific knowledge skills, abilities:Experience in long term and short-term strategic planning,Strong communication skillsAbility to coordinate and facilitate diverse groupsComprehensive knowledge of the principles of data collection and surveillance,Ability to collect, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative health data.Ability to determine trends from quantitative and qualitative data.Strong organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines but pay attention to detailAbility to collaborate effectively with staff members and other stakeholdersAbility to prepare informative and accurate reports on program progress, both in writing and verballyHave a range of computer skills for both analysis of data and to manage internal data base of data and information for the Performance Dashboard-Tri-Com is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer-We strongly encourage the applications of women,minorities, persons with disabilities, and military veterans.As a condition of employment you will be required to pass a drug screening and other background checks including past employment and confirmation of technical certifications.
