The Sales Operations Consultant collaborates with sales/client executives and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting the following All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. Primary Responsibilities:

  • sales recruiting
  • goal setting
  • training and onboarding
  • troubleshooting order processing issues and producer requests
  • maintaining sales-related information systems and proceduresYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Business Administration/Business Management/Public Health OR High School Diploma with equivalent work experience (would be interested with comparable work experience)
    • 3+ years of experience within business operations and/or sales operations in a CRO/Public Health/Life Sciences industry
    • Highly proficient Microsoft Products; proficient ability to filter and sort through documents, spreadsheets, compose and respond to email, schedule meetings Preferred Qualifications:
      • 3+ years of contract management experience
      • 3+ years of experience in client management
      • 3+ years of experience working with Business and Sales Operations teams
      • Proficient with Microsoft Teams
      • 1+ years of SalesForce experience inclusive of report generation
      • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft SharePointSoft Skills:
        • Excellent communication skills
        • Ability to work in an matrix environmentTelecommuting Requirements:

SM Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada or New York City Residents Only:The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 - $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada / New York City residents is $72,800 - $129,900.
