daily production schedule, reviewing raw material levels, filling
in for production as needed and following safety procedures. Major
Tasks:%26bull; Manage resources to complete assigned production
schedule, within standard times and review issues that impact
productivity and suggest potential process improvements for
management review.%26bull; Ability to operate production stations
in department to support schedule as needed.%26bull; Audit daily
work for time, accuracy and safety.%26bull; Train new personnel on
production methods, and document the training.%26bull; Follow all
Environmental, Hazard and Safety regulations and guidelines,
including active participation in SMART and other safety programs.
%26bull; Manage and audit general housekeeping activities.Minimum
Qualifications:%26bull; Must be at least 18 years of age %26bull;
Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate English %26bull;
Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment
without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment
work visa status %26bull; Must be able to work overtime with or
without reasonable accommodation%26bull; At least 2 years'
experience in a manufacturing environmentPreferred
Qualifications:%26bull; High School Diploma or GED%26bull; Past
supervisory/leadership experience%26bull; Continuous Improvement
trainings such as Six Sigma or lean manufacturing %26bull; Ability
to utilize a computer to process batch tickets, update schedule and
enter data%26bull; Experience operate forklift Sherwin-Williams is
