(learn more at www.publicpartnerships.com ).**Responsibilities:**Work with internal and external clients to identify analytical requirementsWrite advanced SQL queries and perform complex data mining techniques to capture appropriate dataProduce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to satisfy client requirementsLead the design and automation of business metrics to measure business processes and outcomesAutomate business processes with Power Apps and FlowsDocument processes and procedures used to produce reportsPerform business analysis to identify opportunities for business improvementInterpret results of data analysis to business usersLead special projects, including delegation and validation of tasks to other team membersLiaise with IT team on regarding data governance and requirements of the data warehouseParticipate in an Agile team as a Team Member**Required Skills:**T-SQL (complex queries, joins, unions, creating tables, etc.)Reporting Services & Report Builder (SSRS)Power BIDAXSQL Server (SSMS, SSIS)Microsoft Power AppsMicrosoft FlowExcel (PivotTables, various functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)R and M a plusStrong understanding of relational databases and data warehousesMicrosoft OfficeCritical thinking and problem solving**Qualifications** :Education: Bachelor's Degree preferredExperience: 3-4 years' experience in data analysisCertification: PSD, PSM, or PSPOPublic Partnerships is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to celebrating diversity and intentionally creating a culture of inclusion.
