Job Description:

Hybrid, Hartford CT (but to start with remote)

Top 3 Must Haves:

1.IVR testing experience along with Cyara and Genesys tool hands-on

2. Insurance Domain experience - P&C , small commercial and Billing IVR

3. Automation Selenium/BDD, cypress



Associate should have the following skills:

1. Must have advanced experience in IVR testing, Cyara tool and Genesys application

2. Should have performed QE role with working experience in Selenium/BDD, Cypress, DevOps pipleline integration

3. Must have experience in implementing strong testing process

4. Should drive automation solutions for the LoB / account and should be able to deliver optimization and transformation levers

5. Good Communication and interpersonal skills

6. Should be customer interfacing and manage stakeholders

7. Proactive in Project monitoring and controlling practices

8. Nice to have insurance domain knowledge

9. Should have minimum of 8 years of testing experience

10. Domain- P&C , small commercial and Billing IVR
