Our manufacturing client is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Plant Manager for their facility located in the Wayne, NJ area!Responsibilities:Responsible for plant production goals.Responsible for product quality control for the plant.Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy and guidelines.Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills.Conduct employee performance reviews.Schedule and conduct plant meetings.Ensure maintenance of clean and safe plant.Communicate with all levels of personnel through strong interpersonal skills.Attend corporate training and meetings.Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.Requirements/Skills:Bilingual Spanish / English7+ years
Experience within food manufacturing5+ years
Experience as a Plant ManagerStrong planning and organization skills and ability to multitaskAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, clients, customers, and the general publicHigh sense of urgencyAbility to work well under pressure in fast paced environmentMicrosoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook Education.UI965955
