Maintain and update production tables and rules3. Maintain and
manage the knowledge documentation on knowledge portal4. Analyze
and create support requests, provide requirements to IT5. Create
change controls and provide requirements to IT6. Support regular
functioning of reports and jobs in production and generate
production issue tickets7. Perform UAT for the changes and support
requests created and provide go ahead to release in prod8. Perform
production checkout for changes performed by IT9. Create periodic
and adhoc reports for senior leadership10. Provide support on need
basis for production recoveries11. Be point of contact for various
functions within Travelers from Billing and Payments
