Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review expense accounting bookclose processes,
including ledger reconciliations and financial statements
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely
financial reporting and identify process improvements
Provide financial advice and lead continuous improvement
initiatives within the team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
CPA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
preferred
Minimum of 5 years of finance experience
Solid understanding of finance tools and analytical methods
Experience leading meetings and communicating with senior
management
