At Pzena, we invest in your career and have a strong track record of internal mobility.This is an excellent opportunity to join the Information & Technology team at a well-established firm that is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented applicant to join as a Junior Business Analyst. In this role, you will support the business analysts in various projects, enhancements and application support. This includes documentation, communication with various business departments, quality and assurance, identifying and resolving business issues, and enhancement and small project requests. You will report directly to the Business System Analyst Supervisor.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for production level incidents including but not limited to: Identifying and assessing impact, business communication, resolution coordination, and problem-solving skills focused on rectifying ongoing issues.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Learn existing business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project members / technical teams.
- Provide Quality and Assurance testing to ensure deliverables meet requirements and quality standards.
- Create and maintain project documentation including but not
limited to requirement specifications, project plans, status
reporting and meeting minutes.Duties, responsibilities and
activities may change at any time.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Majors in Information Technology, Computer Science, or business-related fields preferred - We are open to recent graduates and/or students graduating in May/June 2025.
- Interest in the investment management industry.Salary Range:
$70,000 - $77,000 USD AnnuallyThe actual base salary may vary
depending on factors, including, but not limited to location, work
experience, education, training, skill level, and market
conditions. At Pzena Investment Management, base salary is just one
component of the total compensation, which may include, year-end
discretionary bonus and employee benefits.At this time, Pzena
