The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) works with a caseload of students in kindergarten through sixth grade with primary responsibilities pertaining to completing behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior support plans and interventions, and management of in-school behavior by providing consultation, coaching, and training to Manville staff.What's in it for me?

- Develop appropriate school-based behavioral interventions and behavior support plans for students.
- Provide training and coaching for staff implementing behavioral interventions.
- Provide behavioral consultation to interdisciplinary student teams.
- Collect, analyze, and share behavioral data.
- Contribute to professional learning of colleagues by providing training and coaching on evidence-based practices.
- Actively participate in classroom meetings, case conferences, IEP meetings, and staff trainings.
- Provide crisis intervention and support.
- Support staff pursuing licensure within the field of ABA in
accruing fieldwork hours and experience.QualificationsEducation:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special
Education, or related field.Experience:
- Minimum of 1+ years working with children.
- Current licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA).Training:
- Familiarity with positive behavior interventions and supports
(PBIS) and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) preferred.(Cover
letter and a recent resume required for
consideration.)LogisticsLicense/Certification: Board Certified
Behavior AnalystOpen Date:We offer Medical (Blue Cross/Blue
Shield), Dental and Vision options; 50% discount on monthly MBTA
