Handlers Reports To:FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Travel:Job SummaryWe
are seeking a reliable and efficient Material Handler to join our
team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring
the safe and accurate movement of materials within our facility.
The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong
organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Load and unload
materials from delivery trucks and transport them to designated
areas within the facility Verify the accuracy of incoming and
outgoing shipments Organize and maintain inventory levels Operate
forklifts and other equipment to move materials as needed Ensure
that all safety procedures are followed when handling materials
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate
delivery of materials Maintain cleanliness and organization of work
area Partner with operators and cell leaders to move materials to
and from production cells to create continual production. Ensure
accuracy of inventory quantities on all supplies Ensure all supply
inventory is in the correct locations Help on Production lines as
time permits Maintain quality compliance of product according to
customer specifications Participate in efficiency improvements
throughout the plant All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an

equivalent 1+ years of forklift driving experience. Ability to
operate a forklift and other material handling equipment Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal
skills Strong knowledge or Plex ERP system and inventory
transactions. Demonstrated experience in driving efficiency
improvements. Strong Quality mindset and a drive for perfection.
Education Requirements/Work Experience High school diploma or
equivalent preferred 3 - 6 months of experience in a manufacturing
environment preferred. Must be able to read, write and understand
basic math. Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee
is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel
and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and
walk and required to reach with hands and arms and stoop/crouch,
bend or twist. The employee is occasionally required to push, pull,
and/or move material and work in awkward positions, such as
underneath equipment, or working around machines in operations

manufacturing environments. The noise level in the work environment
