Global Partners LP, a leading distributor of petroleum and renewable fuels, is seeking a skilled Store Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail locations in the Northeastern U.S. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of store performance, ensuring optimal operation, and driving sales while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance. This role is critical in upholding our reputation as a premier fuel and convenience retailer and facilitating our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Lead and motivate store teams to exceed sales targets and operational goals. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning retail operations and employee safety. Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics to optimize stock and reduce costs. Implement effective customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Train and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
