Job Description:
Head of Amazon About the Role We're hiring a Head of Amazon to
fully own our Amazon business end-to-end across our multi-brand
portfolio. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has run
Amazon with full P&L accountability and can drive performance
across every lever that matters. You'll be responsible for revenue,
profitability, advertising, inventory, logistics, merchandising,
and growth strategy — building scalable systems while executing at
a high level daily. Responsibilities P&L & Strategy Own full
Amazon P&L including revenue, margins, fees, ad spend, and
contribution profit Drive revenue growth and profit optimization
across all brands Build long-term Amazon growth initiatives and
competitive positioning strategies Develop KPIs, dashboards, and
scalable Amazon playbooks Advertising & Performance Marketing Lead
all Amazon advertising strategy and execution (Sponsored Products,
Brands, Display, AMC, TV) Manage PPC campaigns and AMC analytics
Optimize ACoS/TACoS and overall ad efficiency Merchandising &
Optimization Own listing quality, content, SEO, and conversion
optimization Manage pricing strategy and promotional calendar
Oversee catalog management and content updates Drive A content and
brand store development Inventory & Operations Lead forecasting and
inventory planning across seasonal and evergreen products Manage
FBA strategy, shipping, and logistics coordination Optimize
fulfillment costs and operational efficiency Oversee account
health, compliance, and operational risk mitigation Growth &
Expansion Identify and execute new product launch opportunities
Drive category expansion initiatives Analyze market share growth
and competitive positioning Evaluate new product opportunities
within portfolio Team & Partner Management Manage internal
resources and coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance
teams Onboard and lead a team of offshore Amazon employees Build
documentation and train team on Amazon best practices Requirements
7 years of hands-on Amazon marketplace (Seller Central) experience
with end-to-end ownership Proven track record scaling Amazon brands
profitably ($10M annual revenue preferred) Deep expertise in Amazon
advertising, merchandising, and unit economics Strong analytical
skills with experience building forecasting models and dashboards
Operationally excellent, data-driven, and execution-focused
Self-directed with ability to manage complexity across multiple
brands NYC-based or willing to work from our NYC office Nice to
Have Experience in a Seller-operated Amazon environment Experience
managing multiple brands or product portfolios simultaneously
Familiarity with Amazon tools: Helium 10, Keepa, Sellerise, Data
Dive, SoStocked CPG, health & supplements, automotive & marine, or
home care category experience
