Founded in 2006, Integrity develops and distributes life and health insurance products with insurance carrier partners and markets these products through its distribution network, which includes other large insurance agencies located throughout the country that have over 275,000 independent agents.Summary An Brokerage Sales Representative simultaneously works with the agents and the in-house marketing team to support higher levels of success. The position includes but is not limited to answering phones, managing database records and documents, providing support to agents, assisting with contracting, and contributing to any needed ad-hoc projects or customer service requests. This position works in a partnership with the marketing team to ensure the Agent & Sales experience is efficient, effective, and most importantly positive. Major Area of Responsibilities--- Must have Life and Health License --- Knowledge of Life Insurance required--- Performs Reception Duties--- Manages the CRM to ensure accuracy and that records are kept up to date. --- Provide Customer Service support to contracted agents.--- Assist Executive Team in ad hoc projects--- Assists with contracting--- Works in Tandem with Marketing Representative to ensure Agent satisfactionSpecific Responsibilities of the JobPerform Reception Duties--- Regular Attendance & Punctuality during operating business hours--- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person.--- Welcoming guests to office and escorting them to where they need to be.--- Up to date on privacy and compliance policies and systems regarding visitors. Database Management--- Organizes Drop Box folders to maintain continuity in nomenclature and digital filing systems.--- Updates Drop Box content to ensure current files, forms and data are maintained at all times--- Manages CRM files ensuring that all necessary data is present and correctly entered --- Performs Data Entry of new or missing information into CRM Customer Service Support to Agents--- Provides support to agents via their preferred method of communication either over the phone or via email in an expedited manner.--- Responds to agent inquiries, performing research when necessary in regard to, but not limited to contracting, application, marketing & commission issues. Executive Team Support--- Performs ad-hoc projects for Executive Team--- Communicate any obstacles, issues, or when further information is needed to management in a timely manner.Marketing Team Support--- Assists in agent contracting process are completes tasks in in recommended timeline. --- Utilizes CRM Workflows and Activities to properly document process and current status of operations. --- Assists with research & resolution needs for Agent Support Issues--- Communicates contracting status, service issues, and any "next-steps" necessary with Marketing Team.
