leading the sales and broker strategy for Global Solutions NAM,
managing the sales team, and partnering with sales teams across the
enterprise to drive growth.Primary Responsibilities:
- Expand UHCG market presence
- Lead sales team
- Deliver against financial targets and other MBOs such as broker
NPS
- Create multi-year sales strategy; provide updates on agreed
upon cadence
- Ensure sales team completes regional sales plans and executes
against the plan with updates at determined frequency
- Support global forums and events activities, as well as
tracking process
- Utilize sales effectiveness reporting to drive performance from
sales team
- Establish and maintain disciplined sales process
- Manage pipeline process with support from growth office
operations team
- Prepare and present at MBRs, as appropriate
- Assist the team with individual sales opportunities
- Attend and actively participate in pricing calls
- Develop broker strategy; provide updates on agreed upon
cadence
- Attend broker meetings as appropriate
- Partner with growth office operations with respect to broker
compensation and recognition programs to prove VOI
- Maintain relationships with key decision makers in NA and Local
Markets
- Participate in cross sales opportunities with UHCG (e.g., Amil,
EU, etc.)
- Participate as a leader of the growth office
- Support Client Management team as needed with client and broker
relationships, and individual sales opportunities
- Complete all HC related activities as talent manager
- Assist with sales compensation plan design
- Participate in SIP payment process
- Partner with underwriting and finance to achieve pricing
objectives
- Partner with marketing to develop value story
- Partner with product to provide VOC and VOM
- Participate in NPS process
- Maintain internal and external networkYou'll be rewarded and

- 5+ years leading a producer team
- Global benefits experience
- Insurance license

Only: -The salary range for Colorado residents is $125,000 to
$210,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is
$125,000 to $1210,000. Role is also eligible to receive bonuses
based on sales performance. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
