JobAs the Financial Services Sales Representative, you will build
and maintain business relationships with advisors who market our
products and services in order to meet or exceed established
individual and team sales goals and help the advisor provide the
right solutions to their clients. This is a consultative phone
based position responding to broker inquiries received via inbound
calls. You will answer questions in a variety of areas including:
product features, performance, literature requests and hypothetical
illustrations. You will receive the proper training and develop
your skillset to be able to do the following
responsibilities.Duties and Responsibilities Provide Phone Sales
and Support for our clients -Provides product and illustration
sales supportFields inbound calls from Lincoln Toll Free
linesResolves client concernsResponds to voicemail/email broker
requestsFulfills literature requestsParticipates in team meetings
and training programsIdentifies client situation and present
options availableMaintains integrity of broker databaseDemonstrates
knowledge of Lincoln s productsAdditional Position
ResponsibilitiesCarries out duties in compliance with all state and
federal regulations and guidelines. Complies with all company and
site policies and procedures.Makes a positive contribution as
demonstrated by: - Making suggestions for improvement - Learning
new skills, procedures and processesPerforms other duties as

trends.Education4 Year/Bachelor s degree or equivalent work
experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor s) - Minimum
RequiredCertificationsFINRA Series 6 license -120 DaysFINRA Series
63 License -120 DaysResident State Life & Health -120 Days -Work
Arrangement:Hybrid/Office -: -Employees will work in a Lincoln
office generally three days each week and work from home the
remainder of the days, following any applicable in-office training
period determined by their manager. - - -This position may be
