What You Will DoPosition Overview:GalaxE.Solutions and its
Outsource to America(O2A) workforce development program is building
the next generation of IT engineers by providing training to non-IT
professionals to fill in-demand roles that are currently being
outsourced due to the lack of talent in the United States.O2A
Trainees join the GalaxE team as full-time employees and undergo
rigorous technical and soft-skills training, as well as mentorship
led by GalaxEs subject matter experts. Trainees are then assigned
to a GalaxE Project Delivery Team where they will receive on-going
support while advancing their careers by engaging in real-world

Will Do:O2A Trainees join as a member of a diverse cohort of
aspiring IT professionals. Trainees receive formal training and
mentorship in roles and skills that align with GalaxEs technology
requirements. Once the initial training program is complete, team
members receive an opportunity to use leverage their skills and
bring value to live projects. O2A Program Graduates grow their
careers as a member of GalaxEs GxCore project delivery teams.The
initial training focus for this position is to enable trainees to
provide technical help to users of an organization, respond to
inquiries, evaluate and resolve issues relating to IT equipment and

work experience is required, qualified applicants must possess the
following qualifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving

Requirements: Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk
and working on a computer Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as
needed Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as
needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles) Occasionally required
to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead. Hand-eye coordination
necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office
equipment. Specific vision abilities required include close vision,
the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to
